Cathy really enjoys helping her clients succeed by finding the best talent. She also enjoys providing career guidance to all people seeking a change in their career role. Her rewards come from mentoring others and giving back to the community and many charitable organizations. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter and her extended family, including many nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews. She loves interior design, gardening and golfing when she gets a chance.
Peggy has over 20 years of experience building and leading sales teams for a variety of organizations, including Siebel Systems, Documentum, Taleo/Oracle, Apttus and Apigee (later acquired by Google). As a Sr. Recruiter, her experience on both sides of the hiring table provides a unique advantage for our clients and candidates. She has a keen sense for finding great talent, and understands the value of exceptional recruiting services and developing long term relationships. She is passionate about helping candidates advance their career and helping clients grow.
Peggy lives in the California Bay Area, and when not assisting her clients and candidates for the best match of talent and opportunity, she enjoys hiking, gardening, entertaining and serving on the Board of Directors for the Valley Humane Society.
Shannon moved to California from Toronto, Canada in 2002 and earned her Bachelors degree in history at UCSB. Upon successfully completing her degree she moves immediately into management training with Enterprise Car Rental where she developed her personal touch with clients and co-workers. Shannon soon became aware her management skills and interest in technology would be a good fit at ETS Recruiters. Sharing the latest in HR Tech is a passion of Shannon’s which compliments her ability finding the best fit for her clients and understands the need to place top-tiered talent.

Joanne is a CPA, CGA with 25 + years working with organizations and entrepreneurs in all aspects of financial, tax and strategic planning to effectively support organizational growth. Her financial and business acumen position her well to develop strategies for organizational development and continuous improvement. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back to her community. Joanne is ETSR’s Chief Strategy Advisor.
Monique has over 20 years of experience in sales. She has worked in Canada, Europe and United States and loves the cultural differences, making her a great advocate for inclusion and diversity. She has led teams comprised of Inside Sales Account Managers, Project Managers and Systems Engineers at Cisco. Her success in recruiting; “It’s not only just about the skills but how it matches the culture, the experience and the goal for both the candidate and the hiring company”. Monique is bilingual in French and English. She serves on the Board for the French Alliance in the triangle in North Carolina as well as North Ridge Country club where she enjoys playing golf. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Sarah is a Buffalo, New York native and graduated with her Masters Degree in Public Relations Management from Buffalo State College. With over five years of marketing experience, Sarah has worked with various clients from hospitality brands to tech startups. Sharing her passion for brand awareness and marketing management, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to ETSR with content curation, social media management, SEO and a keen eye for analytics.
When Sarah isn’t writing blogs or creating PR campaigns for Elite Technology Sales Recruiters, Sarah can be found taking photographs, traveling or planning fun events with her local chapter of Public Relations Society of America where she serves on the board.
