Our client is seeking a Director of Sales for the SMB marketing to lead their small business segment from their San Francisco HQ office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed ACV bookings and revenue
  • Drive the overall hiring strategy and capacity planning for the SMB sales organization
  • Set and refine KPIs and other operating SaaS metrics
  • Implement a training and coaching program with our sales enablement team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the reps
  • Use the CRM and other data to accurately forecast performance
  • Partner with HR to ensure solid alignment of sales and our culture and OKRs



  • 5+ years experience directly managing SMB sales teams
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM technologies
